A Photo...

Here are letters D and E of the Mini-Sampler Alphabet book by Rainbow Gallery. I have already made a start on F but not enough of one to warrant a photo yet!
Well, I am still in Japan...we haven't left yet. But hoping tomorrow the plane will take off. It is so hard all this waiting around....you know how it is, you get all super excited to go on a trip and you are all ready then..."Nope, you're not going today"...I feel restless...like I just want to go already!! Oh well, I can work on stitching, I guess!
I am going to write a few more posts with photos right now and date them for later so that you will still be able to enjoy, and I won't have to feel bad if I don't get back to this blog for a bit! I always feel weird... sort of a pressure to keep up with it. Especially since this year I swore that I would, and already, I'm falling behind. I'm falling behind in my book blog also, so if you read that one as well, sorry...I'm already reading my 19th book of the year and only written something like 5 or 6 reviews...oops!
Well, off to post some more! Thank you to everyone who left such wonderful, encouraging comments on my sad news yesterday. It's a tragedy, and I feel so bad for my family who are going through this painful time. So, I thank you all for your prayers and thoughts, I am so appreciative for your friendship!! My blogging friends are the best!

Make the best of it. You will get there soon! And don't feel bad about not blogging as much as you would like to. We all understand.

I remember those pieces when they were freebies. My girlfriend and I collected all the charts, but neither one of us did anything with them. I'm glad to see someone working on them.

Hi Lana! I'm so glad you posted on my blog - thank you! I hope by now you are well on your way to CA and I hope you have safe travels. I lived in Japan when I was a kid (dad in the Army) and got to go back in HS when I was a cheerleader for our high school. The trip to Japan was for the Far East Basketball Tournament (I was in Korea at the time). Japan, and the Far East hold a special place in my heart!

I love what you've done so far on the alphabets!
