Another finish!

Yay! I was able to finish this little guy up! He's a little late but it's alright! I think I have decided to throw my rotation out the window and work on projects when I want to, for as long as I want to. I think I will be able to get more done that way. It's hard to set goals when you are switching out projects (7 of them!!) every 5 days. I feel like I never see any progress. So next I'm gonna try to finish up the Abbey! Wish me luck!!! I'm gonna just try to push through and get it done. It's so close to a finish HOW can I give up now?! I will not!! I will push on, strong to the finish.... Or try to, anyway! Joyful stitching to you all!

DS2N progress!

I am really pleased with the progress I was able to get on this one! I think of all the 7 projects I have in rotation right now this one is my favorite. I don't know why, but I love it and love working on it. And this is the last project in my rotation, so back to the beginning I go, that means: Ornaments!!
In non-stitchy news.... My hubby has returned from his deployment!!! He arrived late Monday night! I am super happy that he's home, but now have to readjust to having someone in my time and space again... And being an introvert this can sometimes be a struggle... But I will survive! I'm just happy to have my guy home! Safe and sound!
Til next time- Joyful Stitching to you all!

Flower Bride-progress

I got about 4 hours work on this one this go around. It feels as if I got nothing done but that is the downfall of these big ole projects. Not to mention I worked with alot of creams and very light pinks this time, so progress is hard to see. Next up is Day Surrenduring to Night.

The Abbey

Well I worked on this a little bit the past few days. I only got home from my trip late Thursday night, so only had a few days in its allotted 5 days left to work on it. Just more and more back stitch. I need to just stick with it and hammer it out, but I get bored with it, and frustrated by all the tediousness of it all. I really hope to see this finished by summer. We will see about that! Next up is Sea of Roses. I have to work through the counting mistake on that one. Oh the drama of cross stitching.... It's a rough sport, but someone's gotta do it. I also need to order the rest of the floss I need for that one as well.
Well Joyful Stitching! (Sorry for the really bad photo! Yikes!)
