I am almost finished with page #4 and went up to page 1 and got a good start in on it. All that dark blue in page one, is all backgrond color....there's a lot of it, although, stitching it in, shile being sort of monotonous, is soothing, next to all the crazy color changes in the previous two pages....page 4 is almost done, I just have a few holes to fill in here and there....so...I am hoping for a finish on this project this year...we shall see, as well as a finish on "The Abbey", The lamb series, and two rainbow Gallery series that I started awhile ago and never finished, the "Mini Alphabet Sampler book" (I think that's what it's called), I'm on letter D, and the checkered background monthly series....So, I have my work cut out for me this year, also, I would really like to finish "Snow Valley Express" for my dad, I've been working on it since the year I got married...5 years ago, and I am close to a finish but...it's just sitting there, forlornly in my WIP's pile, and I think THIS is the YEAR to have it finished!! =)
And just to show how much work has gone into Howling, this is what it looked like the last time I showed it here:
This was on Nov. 12th...gosh it's been awhile since I showed it...hmmm...Well, off to get some housework done then to settle in with my book, I am on book 9 for the year! I'm off to a good start!
I will try to post here again much sooner next time, hopefully I will have more letters finished in my Alphabet Mini-Sampler soon, I am almost finished with January's checkered block...

Great progress on Howling.
Hi there, being a stitch aholic is a great thing. We have 18 ladies in our group and we are so addicted. We live for stitching and for shopping at our favourite cross stitch shops. We meet every Wednesday night. We are The Stitching Sisters and we have been together for over 20 years. Feel free to check out my blog. Happy stitching, enjoy!
Your Howling project looks great!

I so admire you stitchers who do things like "Howling"! You are hard-core. :D
