Wow! Only 5 days into the month and I can already strike off one thing on my "goals" list! I finished all the X stitches on this one! So next time I will continue working on the backstitching, which I had already started last month! Oh I'm dreading that part! But I know I can do it! I can hardly believe I'm almost finished with this monster of a project! It has taken me soooo long!
I have already kitted up my next BAP that will take this one's place. I can't wait to reveal which one I have decided to do next!
Joyful stitching!

I can't wait for you to reveal the next BAP
Yay ! Well done . Just remember that each strand is one step further to the finish , so even if you only do one a day , you will get there .x
really pretty and a lot of work.
Happy Happy Joy Joy (as in the Balki dance from "Perfect Strangers")! I have been watching you progress with this one for some time now. Soooo happy for you!
I think I need to look at CH4TH soon and finish it. It's time. How is your's coming along?
Absolutely gorgeous! Good for you!
The flowers behind the house are very stunning and the lights coming from windows looks wonderfull.I can imagine this house full of life and people in fancy dresses...
Backstitching can be a pain.. everywhere. But I find using a regular sewingneedle of the right size makes it easier, because of the sharp point. It takes only a few minutes to get the hang of not accidentaly piercing the thread of the Xstitches, but after that is makes for smoother lines of backstitch. After about 50 years of Xstitching I finally had the bright bulbflash about the sewingneedle, won't change that one anymore.
Yay!!! It's a lovely piece :)
It is stunning Lana! The backstitching will make it even more so!
Beautiful!
