A Finish and some Progress!

Here's my progress on page 9 of Howling at the Moon. This is a close up of JUST what I've done on 9. And here is the whole thing with the new part on page 9. This page is really coming along pretty quickly. There are alot of large sections of the same color, so not alot of confetti stitching here, which I would guess attributes to it being so quick to stitch!

Here is my snowman piece finished. This is going to be a Christmas card, I love snowmen and think this is sooo cute!

So, that is all here for today. I have been so good in turning off the computer and really putting time in my stitching and reading this month.

So far I have

- Finished reading three books

- Finished stitching Page 6 of Howling at the Moon
- Finished stitching 2 cards

So, not bad so far, for it only being barely in the double digits of the month!! I wonder if I can finish page 9 this month? I don't want to get my hopes up... I have been battling depression alot lately so I spend hours a day doing absolutely nothing, laying in bed, because I just don't have the energy or the care to do anything at all. Well, that's it for me for now, I will post again soon!
I started my first Halloween card today so maybe I'll have a finish on it next time I post!

Oh, Lana, I'm so sorry to hear that you battle depression as well. I've had those days where I sleep twelve hours because I'm just not ready to get up and face the world yet. I hope you get to feeling better. Know that there are people out here who care what happens to you. I'll say a prayer that you feel better soon!!! As for the stitching, yours looks great. I really love that chart. You're doing a great job bringing it to life!! And grats on the little finish. I think the snowmen are cute too. Keep up the good work!!

You've made some really good progress on Howling. It looks great! I love your snowmen too, so cute!
I hope that you are feeling much better soon Lana. Our family has a history of depression and I've had to deal with it at various times in my life. If things don't improve soon I'd recommend seeing your family doctor for some help.

Depression is horrible, you take care of yourself and please seek some professional advice if it goes on for much longer. I will be thinking of you (((((HUGS)))))

Hi Lana!
So sorry to hear about your depression, hun... it can be hard going some days. Unfortunately, if yours is anything like mine, the first thing to go is my interest in doing things. I've been having a good run of things so far and dread the longer days coming. Love, love, LOVE the little snowmen!! What a darling little card and a LUCKY recipient! Also, your progress on Howling is coming along beautifully -- such lovely colors and a wonderful scene!! Keep going, sweetie!
